From the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia at an altitude of 2100 meters, this Koromi variety undergoes a natural drying process on specially designed beds under the sun—a process that gives the cup a complex, distinctly fruity, and full body.
A full, creamy cup with a pronounced sweetness, featuring top notes of strawberry and blackberry, and a balanced acidity of 3.75. Its rich, creamy body gives it a unique and distinctive character in espresso and milk-based drinks.
